Eye lid scarring

I recently had a lump removed from eyelid so have a large scar running length of it however i cannot find a product on the market that helps reduce scarring to this area anyone help please!

I have been taking vitamin B5 for adrenal fatigue for many months. I noticed that the long scar I have had on my hand for 30 years began to fade. Now it is invisible to the naked eye and when I stretch my hand the scar tissue no longer shows any distortion or pulling. When I press my palm I can vaguely feel 1/2 inch of what was a 2.5 inch scar. I surfed the net to find out if B5 play a part since I had not changed either my diet or supplements, except for the B5. I found it reduced scarring. You might try it. I take a large dose for adrenal fatigue, 1000 mg. daily. There are no side effects.
