I've been picking my eyelashes again

I've been picking at my eyelashes for several years, all the way to where my eyelid is bare skin. I'm terrified that they may never grow back but I start picking every time I become too stressed, which is often. They've grown back every time luckily and I've picked them over 25+ times for sure, I lost count. Will my lashes ever stop growing back?

Plus, I have not been diagnosed with Trichotillomania but I have been diagnosed with mild depression and severe anxiety.

If you are still 'picking eyelashes' your medication and treatment needs improved. You should be under the care of a psychiatrist.  Not much I can tell you as sometimes the lashes grow back, often not as thick as before. Sometimes the follicles have been damaged and they do not regrow.
