Facing an issue of eye floaters.

I am facing an issue of seeing eye floaters in my vision 24/7. Almost 6 months have gone and I have found no change in the vision. Infact, I have seen an increase in the number of floaters as before.
Let me tell you, that I have gone through an eye exam 4 times in 5 months and there is no retinal detachment or retinal tear.
Can anyone tell me that how can I get rid of this? These floaters are so annoying and disturbing my vision alot.

Floaters are common, annoying and no good treatment. Although you are young about one in 5 people you are have floaters. There is no medical treatment for them.    Treatment is extremely controversial, expensive, usually not covered by insurance and has major risks.  For many years a variety of eye lasers have been used to try and break the larger floaters up.  A new one has come out recently. The results are mixed.  I have no idea if anyone in your country does that treatment. A far more drastic treatment is 'vitrectomy' where the vitreous in the back of the eye is removed.  I have never recommended this as it has major risks and almost always causes cataracts to form.

Not really, I have them myself in both eyes and they started about age 12.  I have a huge floater called a Weiss Ring in RE which I thought I would never get used to but did.  Most people just try and get busy and occupied.  If you tend to obsess and/or this is causing a lot of anxiety you might consider talking to a psychologist or psychiatrist to help you deal with your anxiety.
Can you clarify what you mean. I have floaters in both eyes and I have been told they will go away and/or my brain will learn to ignore them. The going away aspect I understand means they will sink to the bottom and will not be noticeable. I’ve had them for seven months and there is no change. When you say you got used to them, do you mean that you don’t see them or just that you accept them?
I had some long stringy ones, several smaller ones, prior to my vitrectomies to correct RD (one in each eye).  Truthfully, they were always there if I thought about it.   As hard as it seems just try to ignore them the best you can.  I was at the point where I knew they were there and if in my line of vision I would move my eye and they would move away.   Its easy to say "ignore them" but you can do it.  Even after the vitrectomies I have a few dots that float around noticed when I think about it or look for them.   The thing to watch for is a shower of new floaters, and flashes, that's an emergency.  Good Luck.  Jim
All floaters do not go away by sinking to the bottom of the eye.  Most people, myself included, learn to ignore them by a process called neuroadaptation.  If I look for floaters and I can see in both eyes including the huge Weiss ring.
