On certain surfaces, I see tiny dots. In case I wake up at night, they will be more noticeable being in dark. I am aware I notice entoptic phenomenon but it scares me to the core.

Entropic phenomena do not require treatment, nor are they abnormal nor do they damage the eye. They are similar to hearing your heart beat or your stomach rumble.
Are they white or red blood cells that i see?
