Firm, skin colored bump near eye

I'm a 21 year old female. I don't use makeup or anything on my skin, but soap and water when I shower each day (and even then I don't scrub my face or purposefully put soap on it, I just let water run over it and sometimes gently rub shampoo from my hands on it, but not very much or very often). I don't have bad acne, (never really have).

So the thing is, I've noticed this little bump/lump at the end of my right eyebrow (farthest end from my nose). At first I thought it was a pimple (the painful type that I've had before, that form under the skin, instead of on top). But it's starting to concern me since it's been there a while now and doesn't appear to be going away. I can't say when it first got there, but I believe I noticed it a few weeks ago. It doesn't hurt, itch (I think it itched at first, but I can't quite remember), or feel like acne. It's kind of firm/hard to the touch. It's small, about the size of a pimple and it basically looks skin color or whitish it doesn't appear to have changed in size or anything. Other people in my family have noticed it and wondered what it is, so I'm not crazy. To me, the right side of my face (my cheek right below my eye) feels slightly swollen, but no one else has mentioned that so it could just be me being paranoid or overly cautious. I've tried researching this on google so I've seen everything from, it could be a harmless "cyst" to "melanoma cancer".

Anyone have any ideas? I'm really not anxious to go to a Dr. since our family has had bad, miss-diagnosed experiences with the few near us...

I can get a photo of the bump, or give any other info, just let me know.

Thank you.
