Hi there  I too had a scleral buckle when I had my retinal detachment  surgey 10 weeks  ago. I have flashes in exactly the same place as before t
he surgery and a faint shadow where the detachment  shadow was. The flashing  is constant and very distracting. The surgeon said it was the healing process  and it was still early days but it is affecting  me badly. Good luck with your recovery.

Kartikey needs to call their retina surgeon
Thank u ..i understand
When i had follow ul i had barrage performed then i had iop chech during check a lens was placed in my eye .that applied pressure on my eye did that lens affected my detached retina part
No that is call a gonio or fundus lens and is used to examine the extreme peripheral retina. It does not cause RD, same way with the instrument that the ophthalmologists uses to examine the peripheral retina while having a light on his head. That is called 'scleral depression" and does not cause RD but used to find holes/tears that cause RD.
Ok thank sir one more thing i want ask is
Doctor said some SRF is still there
And he barricaded the weak region and called after a month
Should i wait for nxt month or go to doc
When in doubt, call your surgeon, describe your symptoms and ask their advice about coming in early.
