Flashes and Floaters

Ok so I have a concern, a couple years ago I stared at an energy saver light. Hours later in the sky I think I started to see a floater. Now floaters have become my norm. However what I am concerned about now is the flashes I have been experiencing. They're happening every other day and maybe in my other eye. However I am not sure about whats happening in my other eye due to being born legally blind in my right eye. But I do know I see floaters there too.
The flashes come as black dots, white stars and flashes of light, they also come and go randomly without eye movment.

The floaters come in lines and dots (clear and not bothersome unless I focus on them)

*I have had eye exams anually but I can't recall dilation. I don't see 20/20 but whatever my visual acuity is, I haven't noticed any changes in my vision or strength of glasses. I also have normal eye pressure

My question is could the energy saver light have caused a retinal tear/detachment?

NO
I have another question out of curiosity. One day i was laying face down or maybe on my side where my head was positioned to the side as well. While moving my eyes to look at something, i may have heard a snapping sound coming from my eye, a couple of days later i noticed sparks, what does this mean?
No clue
I have another question. If you lay down on your side with face laying to the side while a little preasure is applied on cheeks by laying down and you move your eyes in numerous directions can this cause retina tear/detachment? Also think i saw a new floater. Maybe im paranoid
You certainly sound a little paranoid. No that will not cause RD.

Not a doctor, but I think not.
