Glowing spots

I'm keep seeing this sort of glowing effect every time I am in a bright area then I shift my vision to the other side i can se e spot shimmering/glowing for seconds then it disappears,  also when I close my eyes i an see this glowing effect.  It is not permanent though,  it is like a reaction from something ( I think light reaction? )   for years I see this,  I wonder if it is normal,  but sometimes this make me feel worried about my vision. I dislike seeing t hse things,  although it does not interfere my vision.

To tell you not to worry you need a full medical eye exam with an Eye MD ophthalmologist with a test called a macular OCT. If all that is normal, then your spot is an 'after-image' a normal entopic phenomena of the human eye.
