Grey spot when blinking

Hi, two days ago I have noticed this fixed spot appearing right below central vision, like5 o'clock in my left eye .
It only appears when blinking or  looking up  when I am using the computer or mobile phone, but if I look at the walls I can see it. I have never seen this before.
The spot is not too dark, it is semi transparent and it doesn't obscure vision through it
It is been over one month I went to an opthalmologist and everything was ok
Although I have started taking antibiotics to treat an infection in my lung , side effects mention vision problems
I want to know if this is serious , its been over two days and this spot doesnt go away,  because I have seen spots going away in like 2 minutes...

Because this symptom came on AFTER you saw the ophthalmologist you do need to return for additional tests. This should include a macular and nerve fiber layer OCT, visual field and Amsler Grid test.  Call the office monday or if change this weekend call their answering service.  Search and read about Amsler Grid testing, then print out a grid and test both eyes and see if you can see the sport on Amsler Grid, if you can draw where it is on your grid and take in to the ophthalmologist.
