Halos and Glare around lights at night

I am having an issue with halo's & glares around bright objects like car headlights in the nighttime, or lamps in the house sometimes making it hard to see what I'm looking at. I tend to avoid going out at night because of this , because its hard to get around when theres a lot of cars coming at me. This was in my right eye only for three months but its now in both my eyes.

Also I think I have Vitreous detachment because I see clear floaters sometimes. It all depends on what I am looking at. If I am looking out a window and the sun is shining bright I see a floater around the edges of the window or if I am watching TV at my brothers house (his TV is in front of a window) I kind of see a glare around part of the edge of the TV. The floaters used to be a lot worse and I used to see them on any bright surface or dark surfaces , but now its only around the edges of anything that has a bright light behind it. Also this floater seems to be in my right eye only.

I've had my eyes checked four times over the period of a month from November to january by optomolist ( I think thats how to spell those doctors in hospital) and two opticians. They all told me that my eyes were in perfect order. They all checked for Glaucoma and I was clear for that. I dont see double either.

Another thing is when I wake up in the morning my eyesight takes about two hours to get fully focused.

Also today I was given Fucithalmic http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100001113.html because my right eye got sore and very red in a very short period of time. The drops seem to be working already. The redness is gone down a little and soreness is almost gone.

I have been wearing glasses all my life by the way. My left eye is lazy and never really got much better. I can see with that eye , but the sight in that eye is very poor. My eyesight in general was never any good.

I am wondering do you have any Idea what could be causing the Halos and the Clear Floaters.

Halos can be caused by many things: needing glasses, wrong glasses, cornea disease, catarcts, macular and retina disease.  The clear floaters well they're likely caused by......clear floaters. Your spelling isn't even close there are Eye MDs called ophthalmologists there are non MD non physician limited scope eye practitioners called optometrists and people that work with glasses called opticians (in USA).

You should see a Eye MD ophthalmologist.
