Have burning, red eyes and red dots under my eyes but I'm not sure what it is

Earlier this month, I moved from California to Alabama for college and I've been staying in a residental dorm. However, I woke up earlier this week to really red, burning eyes which I didn't get why because I had 10 hours of sleep. Then a couple of days ago these red dots, almost freckle-like started appearing under my eyes. Yesterday the dots increased and it spread to around my whole eye including the eyebrow area and eyelids. I'm not sure what I have and the walk-in clinic isn't very helpful because they prescribed me itching cream but my eye doesn't itch.

According to me, you will need to go an Eye care Center & share the each & every problems. when you will discuss own eye disease problem with eye care specialist then definitely they will help you & suggest you. I hope your Eye disease problem is overcome as soon as possible.

You probably will need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for a diagnosis and treatment. Sounds not serious but more than college clinics can handle.
