How to treat the flaw of my eyes or optical nerve?

My mother was heavily blooded during the procedure of her pregnancy. For that reason,I have a little flaw about my eyes or optical nerve that I can feel my own facial expressions through my vision. I went to some of the local hospitals for this situation. But doctors weren't willing to tell me how to treat it. So,I want to know by which method my eyes could get treated. I'm waiting here anxiously. Thank you.

This is not a precise diagnosis but the most likely thing give what you  said.  Severe bleeding cause profound low blood pressure can cause damage to the optic nerve (ischemic optic neuropathy,  optic nerve atrophy, low tension glaucoma).   The first two are not 'fixable' and no specific treatment is available.   What is done is to try and keep the eye in the best shape possible as the person grows older.  Yearly exams by an ophthalmologist are mandatory and a healthy lifestyle.
