I constantly see stars in my vision.. occasionally floaters

Hello,

I am only 19 years old and have no medical history. For the past 4 months I have had a problem which has been increasing over time. It used to be that just in the dark, my vision would get very hazy and I would see stars everywhere. Like hundreds and hundreds of speckled lights everywhere. I also would notice an occasional "floater" every know and then. It then progressed to when I looked into the sky I would see floating "stars" everywhere. Now EVERYTHING I look at is starry all over the place ALL the time. Its not that it lasts for 5-10 minutes at a time but it is constant. I always see hundreds of speckles/stars/particles or whatever you want to call them flying around.
I'm not too sure and I do not know what to think or do.

Your opinions mean the world to me.

I to see stars and flashing lights. The stars are pin point of bright lights. Mostly there all the time especially when i look at the sky. I have diabetes type 1 due to removal of 80% of my pancreas. I just had a check up at the eye doctor for a check  up and a base for my diabetes. I know i have ocular migraines. These are not the same. I,m 48 and suffer from chronic panceratitis, gastropararises, hypothyriodism, and take many meds. I wander if all my meds. could be causing the stars or something else. I've had many x-rays and cat scans but not for this reason but nothing has come up about them.

1. See an ophthalmologist to rule out disease.
2. You likely are becoming aware of entopic phenomena. Read the section on that at wikipedia.
