I have a lash growing under my skin on my eyelid and I can't pull it out ?

Never had this before. First time happening. What should I do about it cause its bothering me and starting to form a bump.

Given the world situation it is not likely to be considered an emergency. Most ophthalmology offices, including mine, are only seeing ongoing urgent and new emergent problems and with restricted hours and staff.  In normal times an ophthalmologist would remove the ingrown lash, at the slit lamp in a 5 minute procedure. If you can't contact an ophthalmologist probably the best think is just use warm compresses and perhaps an over the counter eye lid cleaner like Ocusoft  wipes or foam.
