I have eye floaters, objects very close are irritating, can see cell

I am 20 and used to have long screen time and less outdoor time since last 3 years. I got eye floaters in both eyes and they were very small initially and less bothering with some small white sparkles and cell like structure. After a month the same eye floaters seems to be larger and less detailed(like they are getting zoomed in). Recently the very close things like my nose tip, eye brows and eye lash are getting in my vision. My eyes cant focus properly on very close objects. One small hair looks a bit large and becomes really annoying when comes infront of eyes. Even the small cell like structures seems to be larger and are visible indoors aswell sometimes. I showed to the doc and he said my eye have no problem and its just the floaters. There is no damage to retina aswell. The movement of floaters have become fast. It feels like my vitreous is going liquid super fast but I am not sure. I am having headache aswell. When I wear glasses and if theres a drop of water on it then I can see magnified clear image of my eye lashes and can see some cells and small floaters moving around through that water droplet. I know its a very long stuff to read but if anyone knows whats going on with my eyes please tell me. My prescriptions are R- 1.75 L- 1.75
Thank you

You have only mild myopia.  Hopefully your 'eye doctor' is an Eye MD ophthalmologist and not a lesser trained OD optometrist. I you are seeing an optometrist go in to see an ophthalmologist.  If you are seeing an ophthalmologist then I would suggest getting a second opinion for a different ophthalmologist perhaps an neuro-ophthalmologist or retina specialist. Your constellations of symptoms don't sound they are caused by any one thing.
