I see shadow/halo around people and objects

Hello!
I have been focusing on my vision a lot and have noticed that when I look at an object or person I see something around them, it's like a double vision but it's not permanent. When I look at  a person I especially see something , like a second silhouette around their shoulders and upper body, but not the lower body.
When I squint my eyes it gets worse and when I open them really wide it almost goes away.
And I don't always see this, it just randomly appears which really worries me! I am only 16 years old!
I suffer from really dry eyes, could this be the cause?
Is what I am seeing normal?
An answer would be very much appreciated! Thank you so much for your time!

I have the same thing, I'm about to go to another eye doc to try to get it figured out. FYI I don't have dry eyes. I've been told it's eye strain because I wasn't wearing my glasses, well I've been wearing them everyday for years and it still happens when they're on. Was also told it was the pressure in my eye but later told that's not causing it? Not really sure.

Try tears to see if it help.  This will help if it is due to dry eye.  I would suggest an eye exam.
