I see small bright dots moving.

When i look at wall, street and building or somewhere brightest. I see small bright dots moving.
What is it. And is missing or not.
And I want to know how to prevent.

OK.
Thought about your comment.
If you are looking at an object, we focus sprcifically.
Directly at it.
But if we look at a clear blue sky, our eyesfocus point is diffuse.
So the peripheral of one eye could cover the central of the other.
Just a guess, can't personally duplicate.
Looking with just one eye should bring out the "no dots" area.
No?

My experience is that I see sparkles all around.  I don't believe that Don's reference to peripheral vision and star gazing are relevant to entropic phenomena.

You should not see any moving white dots in the central field.
If this is the  "blue field effect"
No blood vessels, no blood, no dots.

If you are seeing the "blue field" emtoptic, you shouldn't see any dots in the central 15 degrees of vision.
One (1) fist width at arms length subtends 10 degrees approx.
Old astonomers' rule of thumb.
