Inner eyelid bump

I also recently developed a yellowish bump (no pus) on my upper inner eyelid. It irritates my eye when I blink. Here is a picture. Any ideas?

You will need to see an ophthalmologist. Two possibilities come to mind: 1. a chalazion that has eroded interally through the tarsal plate and 2. a large conjunctival concretion    An ophthalmologist can take care of both often at the office visit in the exam room.  Since the eye is irritated you should get this taken care of as soon as you can
