Nothing looks ominous but the clarity of the photo is not sufficient to do more than guess which I won't do.
I will put a couple of more photos on my home page. Hope they are better. The larger one is in the corner of the eye.

The photo is out of focus but it looks to be a eye lid problem. The whitish color usually indicates oil or Sebum. The most likely diagnosis is sebaceous inclusion cyst. You can try warm compresses, commercial like cleaner and sometimes they will open and drain. If you feel it and not go away would need to see ophthalmologist Eye MD to make definitive diagnosis and remove (which is usually quite simple)
