Is a retina wrinkle a sign of a future detachment?

Two years ago I had a vitrectomy to repair a detached retina.  At the one-year post-op check-up, my eye surgeon said everything looked great.  He even said that my retina had healed so well that it was hard to see where the tear had been!  During my exam today he said there was a small wrinkle on the retina.  I was so shocked, I didn't ask any questions!   Should I be worried?  He also asked me if I was ok with the balance difference between my two eyes?  (R -4.25 +.075, 010, +2.50; L -3.75, Sphere, +2.50).  Again, I'm like "what??"  I've not had any problems except for visual snow vision (which I've had since I was in my 30's).   Note: You may remember me from being the high-anxiety, crazy with worry poster from two years ago.  Imagine me during this current pandemic!  Crazy-for-cocoa-puffs!   Any advice or guidance about what a "wrinkle" means would be appreciated.  Thanks!

The significance of a wrinkle depends on the size, location and height.  This is not a question I can answer because not possible to generalize and requires personal exam. Surely your surgeons knows you are prone to worry. I suggest you contact their office and ask your questions.   If you are wearing your glasses comfortably the mild difference in the two lens power are not a problem.

Thank you, Dr. Hagan!  Yes he knows I'm a worrier haha.  He didn't seem concerned about the wrinkle at all but I'll send him a question through the patient portal.  He's a great surgeon and it's unfortunate that he's moving to be closer to his family in another state (family has become important to everyone during this pandemic).  I continue to follow you on this forum and you truly are a blessing - especially during these crazy times.  Take good care and, again, thank you!
You are welcome. I suspect you are okay.
