Eye Twitch, Floaters, and Headaches

I'm 23 and right now, my current symptoms are a left eyelid switch, floaters, and headaches on the right side of my head (I feel it in my ear as well).

The headaches started happening a little over a year ago, and in that time I've gotten a CT scan AND MRI of the brain. Both came back normal. I've had minor floaters for awhile, not sure if its actually worse now or if I just think it is because I'm worrying.

I'm really worried about having some kind of optic nerve tumor, or brain tumor that's causing ICP and pressure on the nerve, causing the headaches, twitching and floaters.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your response! While my rational side tells me what you just said, you hear so many horror stories about how CT Scans and MRI's came back negative the first time, only to find a brain tumor on later attempts. I'm going to look into that appointment right away though, thanks again.

With a normal CT and MRI and exams and the symptoms you list in your first sentence it is extremely unlikely that you have a brain tumor or optic nerve tumor.

If you have not see an ophthalmologist or neuro-ophthalmologist consider seeing one. Find one at www.aao.org
