Looking for help with mirrored light shapes in right eye

In November of last year I had a
pear shaped light in the far right of my vision it was like an after image but never went away, I did see an optician who found nothing remarkable but did set me an appointment to go to the eye hospital for further examination, I didn’t end up keeping the appointment because stupidly covid was so rife where I live just then it made me nervous. Anyway, on Thursday this week because the symptoms changed a bit, I noticed when I stood up after sitting for long periods the shape would shimmer, same thing when I looked from close up to far away. The optician did tests but again nothing significant, but now today Friday the light has moved into my central vision and there are two of them identical to each other like they are mirroring each side, still both in my right eye. Have you any idea what this might be please? Would really appreciate any thoughts.

No this does not denote any specific problem. However it does call for an referral to an Eye MD ophthalmologist, a dilated exam, a peripheral field of vision test, macular and nerve fiber layer OCTs as a minimum.
