Low blood pressure and glaucoma

Hello, I'm just looking for some information that seems sparse.

I read that low blood pressure is a possible risk factor for glaucoma because it can dip low at night and cause some issues.

I guess I'm curious to what is considered low for this to be a problem. I just took readings for my blood pressure and it was about 105/65 which is okay but starting to dip into low blood pressure area. I have been eating healthier and exercising cause I was worried about hypertension and now I'm worried I'm going too low. I'm also just not sure if these concerns are valid since it seems both high and low pressure can be a risk so I just need to try to stay optimal, whatever that may be.

This is your 6th post. I've looked at your previous, you are about 28, healthy, and -6 myope.   Quit worrying about low blood pressure.  There is ONE type of unusual glaucoma called normal tension glaucoma that can be related to a single episode of severe shock such as almost dying of blood loss from injury, child birth, etc.  The second is people that take their blood pressure medication at bedtime and drop their BP to unacceptable levels say 90/ 40.  This was recognized a long time ago and now all physicians tell patients not to take BP meds at bedtime.  So don't worry about your BP, much safer area than 205/165.
