Monocular diplopia

I am 20 and suffering from monocular diplopia . Its in my right eye. I see a ghost image on top of the normal image. Its more prominent in dark conditions such as white letters on black background. I have been to several opthalmologist they say that nothing is wrong with my eyes. I got oct field of view and retina scan done which came back to be normal. I am really worried of what's causing this problem . Can it be something related to my brain. My family thinks that i am suffering from anxiety. I have tried looking through a pinhole. The pinhole makes my vision better completely removing the ghost image. Can someone provide any solution to this problem..

This is a common posting.  The common causes: regular or irregular corneal astigmatism,  lens problems like cataracts, debris like blood in the vitreous or abnormal macula.   For people that wear glasses: improper glasses prescription or poorly fitting or manufactured glasses.

You would need to see a Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in corneal disease. Your tests would need to include a cornea topography test.  Also macular OCT.   Monocular diplopia corrected by looking through pinhole is usually cornea problem.  Rarely anxiety.

Is there any chance of it being neurological ??

No, if neurological pinhole would not help.  Pinhole has to do with optical causes not neurological

Can my symptoms points towards cerebral polyopia

Can lasik fix the problem?
I am not answering any more of your questions. I have given you a plan: see cornea Eye MD and have corneal toprography. Anything else is just speculation which we don't do.  Again no more questions/answers.
