Occasionally different sized pupils

I noticed about a month ago that my left pupil is some times a little larger than the right.  It seems more pronounced in dim light.  I haven't noticed any other symptoms, and it isn't even enough for other people to notice.  Should I be concerned and make a costly appointment, and if so the optometrist or MD?

If this is 'new' and not present in the past it needs to be evaluated, if possible by a neuro-ophthalmologist Eye MD.  When you go take half dozen or more facial photos taken over the past 10-15 years that allow determining the size of your pupils in the past.  And of course don't let the technicians put ANY drops in your eye till the Eye MD checks you.  Different size pupil evaluations are very complex.
