Myopic Degeneration that won't stop deteriorating??

Hello! I am a 20yo female. I have changing vision constantly my whole life.
currently... (I work at an OD office)
OD -15.00-3.25x180
OS -18.00-4.00x180
and a visual acuity that is at 20/400 in both eyes but I know now that it is worse. I struggle with dry eyes and there is no correction for my vision. Does this make me legally blind or low vision? I am completely unable to drive at night and it gets harder to drive. I have to squint obviously all the time but even this does not help anymore. I can hardly even type this actually because I don't know how to get the captions bigger on my screen lol. I have had multiple ophthalmologists and optometrists look at my eyes. Nobody can figure out what Is going on. They say it is Myopic Degeneration but if that Is true how come is hasn't stopped yet? I've been told since I was 10 that it will slow down just give it time. That's fine if my numbers slow down but my visual acuity is getting worse. Will it ever get better?? Everybody I go to says "come back in three months" I even had one doctor say "just deal with it...I have patients who are worse off" and then walk out. It is easy for them to say... they don't see what I see (or rather can't see) I am desperate to find answers. Any advice? Should I stop driving- am I even going to be able to get my license renewed? I am married... if I get pregnant will that make my vision worse?

Okay. Just wanted to confirm. So your vision with glasses, best corrected is 20/400.   1. You are legally blind.  2. You absolutely should not be driving. 3. Myopic macular degeneration IS a diagnosis and could cause vision of 20/400 However there is no really good treatment for MMD.  4. Your profile says you live in Atlanta. Emory University Dept of Ophthalmology is one of the best in the world. I would suggest you get your records together and go out there for a consultation on your eye situation.  5. If your vision is that bad you should not be able to read these postings. How are you able to read these web posts?

It just seems that because I don't have a specified diagnosis or am not elderly every dr. Seems to ignore me. Even though they all agree they have no clue why it is getting worse.

Remember its not what your glasses RX is  or what your vision is without glasses but your Best Corrected Visual Acuity.  There is no way to predict how much myopic macular degeneration will progress or if it will stabilize. Pregnancy is not a problem for high myopia, i.e. its not like a brittle diabetic getting pregnant. It would be foolhardy to stop driving if your vision meets states standards and you feel safe and comfortable driving.
