Nearsighted and pregnant

Hi I am 29 years old, and i am near sighted, i am -7 in right eye and -6.5 in left eye. I am 14 weeks pregnant and i am very much concerned to know whether i can go for natural vaginal birth or i need a C section because of my high power... My power has almost remained same from when i was 15 years of age.... I am using glasses all these years and comfortable with it, occasionally i use O2 optix contact lenses and i am comfortable with those too... One more thing i am noticing these days after becoming pregnant i am able to sense few eye floaters in both eyes, is this of concern? I am not having any head ache or any other problem but these eye floaters are irritating... Please give me some suggestions regarding how to proceed with eye floaters and also about my type of my baby's birth has anything to with my myopic eyes.....Please help me with some suggestions....

The concern for your heredity transfer of nearsightedness falls much lower on the list of important genetic issues to consider before procreation. Rest assured that when your child reaches adulthood its height, weight, looks, and talent will surpass whether it wears glasses, contacts, or none.

Thanks for your reply
I am very anxious to know what are the chances of my myopia passing on to my baby ( i pray to god that it should not happen and it should be a healthy baby)

You won't need a C section because of your high myopia. Floaters are always concerning and you should have any eye examination soon.
