Night vision after cataract surgery

I had cataract surgery with a corrective lens in right eye several months ago. Had to have the laser YAG because of blury vision. Outside vision during daylight improved greatly, tho not quite as good as I would like. Night vision while watching TV is not that well and long distance night time vision is even worse, especially driving. I was told that I had a wrinkle and that it could get better or worse. Possible options were getting glasses at night or having ths surgery done over again, which requires a much larger incision and most likely stitches. Thinking of getting a second opinion.

Re wavy lines, Find out of the wrinkle is on the retina in the back of the eye
, it  can also be called a pucker, or macular pucker (macula being  the central area of the retina). If you have this, you might see straight lines as wavy.  An Amsler Grid test would confirm if you get a second opinion.  Then you should see a retina specialist to see if, when and how it should be treated.
I had retina problems after cataract surgery. A second opinion by a cataract surgeon discovered this.   I don't understand that you were told another cataract surgery could improve your wavy lines, so prob a good suggestion to get a second opinion.

They did not mention the exact location of the wrinkle.
Lines also appear wavy with the right eye.

A second opinion is a good idea.  Where is the wrinkle?
