Ocular Migrane??

Yesterday I had an episode where I had distorted vision for about 15 minutes. Also at the same time I had pressure on the left side of my upper chest and some tingling in my arm. Since I did not know what this was I admitted myself into the emergency room. An EKC did show PVC. Other tests run were chest x-ray, CT scan, blood work, visual exam all of which came back normal. Blood pressure was 169/78 when admitted and 130/68 when discharged. Follow up appointment by an Opthomologist the next day. Doctor thought it was an Occular Migrane as all tests came back normal. Any thoughts?? I did not tell this doctor about the other symptoms I experienced non-related to the vision problem. Thank you.
