Oil in eye

I accidentally got hair clipper oil (oil you use to lubricate the blades) in my eye , would the oil absorb into my eye in the same way eye drops do?

No, wash your face and eyelids.  Get some artificial tears (lubricants) and use every 30 minutes for about 2 hours. If your eye feels fine that is all you need to do. If the eye is very irritated, you can buy eye wash/eye irrigation fluid and put directly on eye to wash out any residual oil.

I will try that thank you ,so there is no way the oil can be absorbed by the eye in any way?
No enough to be a problem.
