Vision distortions, loss color sensitivity and more.

Hi,

I'm 34 and I'm from Poland.
I have serious problems with eyes. My story in short.

In august 2016 I started seeing eye floaters, which intensified day by day.
After months (september 2016), I was exam with slit lamp because of those eye floaters.
The exam takes about 15 minutes (7,5 minutes per eye)! Afrer that the ophthalmologist told me that I had an inflammation (I don't know what!) and prescribed Nevanac drops.

On the next day I noticed numbers of vision disturbances:
- loss preception of color sensitivity (colors loss depth)  (about 15%) in both eyes,
- decreased perception of light (about 20%),
- worse vision in dark,
- in right eye vision field has been little srinked,
- appears noise and strurbursts (increasing in time) when looking on the light sources like street lamp or car  reflectors,
- In the first days felt like my eyes were literally burned inside in the center. In dark I was see nothing! Only after 3 minutes I starts to see some things (fortunatelly now is much better). Apears visual snow – fortunetely disapeared after 2-3 weeks.
- the eyesight has deteriorated. The central vision of the eye was disturbed.
- enlarged pupils, especially in lower light. In the right eye became bigger then the left,
- appeared pain on top and rear of eyeballs (not continuous).
- eye floaters visibility diminished obout 40% - they no longer a problem!

After two months I started to notice vision distortions (now it's 6 months). The Amsler test grid I see like on this graphic http://imgur.com/yRypNq8. The letters I see starts looks like in italic style. This distortions become more bigger over time. In last days it's getting worse faster.

I'm visited several ophthalmologists. They claim that's everything is ok, although some doctors  prescribed Yellox, or Nevanac drops. That's drops not resolved my problems.

Another problem is that,  now  even short exam by slip lamp or other ophtamologist equipment, cause worsens seeng details. Sometimes while exam after about 15 seconds, I starts feeling hit and stab in the center of the eye. Now I don't able to see 100% clear vision even from very close. The letters in the book are little distorted and I see some noise around them.
Because of this I avoiding ophtamologist examinations. I'm in dead end.

Current vision disorders:
- Progressive vision distortions,
- some days feel continuous little pain on top or rear of eyeballs,
- since january 2017 my eyesight starts worsen. From -1.0 and -1.5 in december now I have about -1.4 and -2.0.
- Vision in right eye getting worsen. I feels like vision field is little shrink, worsen light perception and eyesight.
- I lost a little perception of right color. The ping strarts locks like red, red like orange,
- lights from opthamologist equipment, cause worsens seeing details and increase distortions.

What is happening with my eyes?
What cause vision distortions – this is macular degeneration, swelling, inflammation, retina damage? Did those damage can be reversed?
What exams, should to be done?

I'm terrified. Please help me.

Defect of vision:
September 2011: -0.5, -0.7
September 2016: -0.7 -1.0
December 2016: -1.0, -1.5
May 2017: about -1.3, -2.0

OCT scan from November 2016 http://imgur.com/bFALUZ6, http://imgur.com/bZDeZYF. Is some pathology on this scan?

Eye ultrasound October 2016 http://imgur.com/cD2AtwK. I selected stange structures by red squares. What is this?

The amsler grid test you posted is normal and shows no distortion. The OCTs are normal macula. The ultrasound that you boxed in red are echos from the lens of your eye.   Nevanac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. Not sure why it was prescribed.  You do not have macular degeneration. Not possible to tell you what you do have.  I don't know what "defect of vision is".  You might try going to a university with a medical school and going to their department of ophthalmology. If it was something terrible likely it would have shown up in your previous exams.

Thank you Doctor for answer. I glad that, I don't have MD. But this OCT has 6 months. The fresh scan may look different. I see vision distortions, and faded colors - this is fact. For example high objects like: energy poles, buildins are tilted, bent to the right. The farther away from the observed object the disotrtions are worse. Another big problem is that (like I wrote previously). Lights from opthamologist equipment, cause worsen. I must have some damageing in my eyes.
I had no any problems with my eyes (except slight myopia, and eye floaters). All problems apears after exam by this  slit lamp.  .
The slit lamp will not damage the eyes. There are 100,000s in use and have been around for over a century.
