Photoxic retinopathy / photic maculopathy / retinopathy

Hi , This is in continuation to my original post from 1.5 years ago where I reported slanted vision. Text and lines slanting up and down. Rectangle looking trapezoid. At that time multiple tests like OCT, topography were done which came out normal. Also , I do have cylinder power -0.50.

I thought its psychological/anxiety so I took antidepressant but it never resolved this. I again went to a retina specialist in private hospital last month and he did oct, said that I have foveal atrophy/ retinopathy/ solar retinopathy causing metamorphosia.

I took that report and again went to the original government hospital to discuss where they did soft spectrum oct and concluded that i dont have any solar retinopathy. They do say that i have dilated blood vessels in right eye's retina ( subtle changes) but that cannot be responsible for distortion.

Now, a pathbreaking question which comes into play is that If I recall the entire series of events 1.5 years ago. My symptoms of metamorphosia rather began 3 days after I saw a junior resident student doctor for ocular exam in regard to pain due to vigorous rubbing. When he started the slit lamp exam, he asked me to focus on light source and it was very powerful. He asked me not to move so that he can perform the exam properly. Then he started talking to someone else add went to the other room midway during exam. I constantly stared that powerful light source for 5 minutes during this time without changing my position as he instructed originally . I felt the heat ( possibly from some absurd overpowered bulb) in my eyes. Also, it was a switch by his chair which controlled the turn on/turn off of the light. I know that opthalmolgists say that slit lamp dont damage eyes.

But since my symptoms began after this examination , I extremely suspect that some minor burn happened in retinas which caused photoreceptor loss like that of retinopathy

Following are my points to solve this case-

1. In case of photic retinopathy, is it necessary for the blind spot to be present in case there is any damage.?.or metamorphosia can be the symptom alone.?

2. If blind spot is the most important symptom, then i dont have any. I only have slanted vision.

3. I am getting mixed opinions which are really confusing me. Some docs say, oct is normal. Some say fovea has problem. And a new random retina doctor said that I have retinal atrophy outside the macular region based on fundus photos but claims oct is normal .

4. If i have slanted vision, definitely something is wrong and I am not making it up.

5. I am attaching all reports. Oct of private hospital as well as government hospital for your reference

6. I beg you to help me sir. I feel helpless, depressed and upset about my condition. I miss my perfect vision. Please....

Lastly , is it possible for modern machines to miss subtle damage/ mild defects due to which my condition is not being diagnosed properly ? The government doctor says that a ring area has to be present to confirm retinopathy and I dont have any ring.

It feels that so called advanced medical science has no answer to my problem. The google drive link to access the scans is as follows : -

I am not going to go through that long list of questions. This is the bottom line.  1. no matter what caused this problem there is no treatment for it as of 8/4/22      I would suggest you continue to see once/twice year the Ophthalmologist you feel most confident in to look for changes or new problems. That an move on with your life,

But sir, atleast can you check my reports.
Only the first OCT ending in 725 is clear enough to read and it looks normal except for the tiny white line at the base of the U-shaped macula and it isn't diagnostic and should not cause slanting or distortion.
