Problem with droopy eyelid/brow!!

Hey guys, bit of background, I'm a 17 year old male with no serious illnesses, although did have a pretty bad sinus infection once which may have something to do with it?

This is a problem that I have been dealing with for quite a while now, and it seems to be getting worse, I don't think its causing any issues or anything more just how it looks and as you can tell, its pretty obvious.

If you check the photo, its weird because its not all the time. Sometimes both my eyes look like the left one (in the photo), sometimes both look like the right one, and now more and more often they look like they do in the photo. Especially when i'm tired or after a few drinks etc.

Could there be underlying issues here or is it maybe just something I was born with and never noticed, is there any chance whatsoever I can fix the issue without surgery. And if surgery is the only option, what sort of price would that be and like how long to heal, noticeable?, etc. Maybe facial exercises, or a cream?

Just looking for any advice here, and even if it might not be such a big deal its something that I would really really like to fix up.

Thanks in advance guys!

Thanks for the replies guys, appreciate it, will try those exercises and getting a bit more sleep which I definitely need anyway. If it is just fluid, am I right in saying things like cucumber and tea bags help with that? Might be worth a try. I'm pretty sure it's more the lid than the brow because when I look in the mirror with my eyes at different angles if you know what I mean you can see the fold seems to be higher on the left.

Again not a huge problem just sometimes it can pretty damn noticeable.

To me it also appears that your left eyelid in the picture is swollen, which makes it look like your eyelid is 'drooping.'  When you are tired or have been drinking, fluid could accumulate in the tissues in the eyelid causing this appearance.  There are a multitude of things that can cause eyelid swelling; just Google them and you'll see what I mean.  Typically that type of swelling is worse after lying down such as after sleeping over night, because during the day fluid slowly settles out of the face as gravity takes over when we are upright.

I don't know about you, but my eyebrows aren't even.  Try looking at a different picture of your face to see if the eyebrows were the same then.  It could be they always were like that but the swelling of your eyelid makes it look different or causes the brow to move into a slightly different position.

Next time you are able to, try getting a  lot of sleep over a few days and not drinking for that time and see if you get some results.  If not, perhaps it's an allergy or something else causing the swelling.  good luck!

Like what you said, you notice droopy eyebrow when you are tired. You are right. Stress, fatigue or lack of sleep are some causes of droopy eyebrows. You can try natural treatment like eating vegetables for a diet, or some exercise like brow lift (eyebrows are lifted or elevated). Try also putting three middle fingers of each hand under each of your eyebrow and push it upward and slightly outwards. Then push it down gently. Hold this for 10 seconds while you keep your eyes open. Plus, give yourself enough rest.
