You need to undergo a follow up check up with your eye doctor to make sure that it is only part of the after surgery. It is normal to experience this in your pupil after a cataract surgery, however, if it takes several weeks to go normal, it is advisable to go to your eye doctor to have an appropriate eye evaluation.
If after 2 weeks the pupil is still bigger, it could remain so for the long term. If phacoemulsification was done and a small 2.2 or 2.65mm incision was made, usually the stitch can be removed as early as the first week.
As to the blurry vision, there could be several causes, including astigmatism caused by the tight stitch, corneal swelling, refractive error and so on. You need a full check up to find out what the reason is ultimately, but you could check with your doctor if any of these are a problem.
It is likely the pupil will not return to normal. You can use pilocarpine or alphgam drops to make it smaller.
Am looking for input from others they may have also experienced same issue.
Didn't your surgeon give you a contact email/phone number?
Your surgeon has 1st hand knowledge of your eyes, anonymous posters on an internet forum...not so much.
