Pupils dilation and vision

Hello,
Several weeks ago I took a psychedelic.
Afterwards I had an unusual sensitivity to light among other things. I also felt different and my perception seemed slowed down when I would turn my head quickly.

At the moment I'm worried that my eyes can't adapt to sunlight. The light bothers my eyes latley and my vision without my glasses seems noticeably worse.

Is there anything I can try to get my pupils to constrict more?

I also take a antidepressant and a antipsychotic for sleep so I'm thinking they interacted with the psychedelic.

Well I switched to Wellbutrin from Lexapro so I'm no longer taking an SSRI.

The change seems to have lessend the symptoms.

Well said CBCT and  also Jake there is no drops that are practical for use to constrict your pupil. Such drops do exist (pilocarpine) but they blur the vision and cause headaches.

Most anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications in some people can cause dry mouth, dry eye and in farsighted people and/or people in late 30's to mid-40s can cause trouble with focus and reding at near.

Jake,

It is probably easier said than done, but try not to think about the vision change.  Stay busy and focus on the task at hand. Your vision will likely get better over time. Constantly focusing on the problem and  "testing" your vision will just reinforce your altered perception and may become an obsession.

And...you should be super careful about adding ANY drug (even over the counter and dietary supplements) since you are already taking two psychotropic drugs.  Adding street drugs to the mix is really dangerous.

Best wishes.

The only thing that makes sense is stop taking psychedelics. They're not good for you and they're not good for your brain or eyes as you are now discovering.
