Purple/blue glares against dark objects?

What could be causing purple and blue glares against dark objects? I notice this when I am standing under my lit kitchen sink looking in the mirror when doing my hair or makeup for instance I see a blue/purple glare on my t shirt which is black. I don’t notice this when I am wearing any other color shirt I only notice it on black clothing
