can we do grid laser in clinical significent macular edema without FFA?

ischemia is generally a separate problem due to non-perfusion or capillary drop-out and is not very responsive to grid laser. Edema is usually helped.

Than if there is ischemia associated behind the macular edema than what about the patients prognosis which you have done grid laser without knowing other facotor?

if FFA means fluorscene angiography. Yes if  OCT is done or if edema is visible with regular eye instruments.
