Secondary cateract in right eye afraid to have removed,

I had cateract surgery a year ago on my right eye.  Was told that it was causing the color desaturation I was having.  Was corrected to 20/30 but it did not correct the color problem.  Recently I noticed I see things smaller in my right eye than I do the left which I have thought was normal since I have a toric lens in left eye and regular one in left.  Now I have that secondary cateract in the left eye and am afraid to have it removed. Left eye has gotten blurry.

You don't have a lot of options. If your vision in the LE is unacceptable and not improvable with glasses and the secondary cataract is the cause then your only option in the Yag capsulotomy.  That takes about 2 minutes to do is painless and usually no drops or restrictions afterward.  Your RE is a different matter. If you had a uncomplicated cataract surgery but your best corrected vision was 20/30 then there is something else wrong with your RE.  I'm assuming you don't have amblyopia and that the RE never saw 20/20.    If after both eyes were operated on the LE had normal color but RE was desaturated then you likely have a macular or optic nerve problem.   That is completely different than the LE which apparently has no problems other than secondary cataract.

No I had the desaturation in the right eye. Sorry typo.  My left eye is 20/20.  Right eye also sees objects smaller than the left eye.
The answer still stands. Something is wrong with your eye if it doesn't have 20/20 vision after an uncomplicated cataract surgery.  You need to find out why not 20/20 BEFORE the capsule turned cloudy and why color not as good. If the capsule is really cloudy probably do Yag capsulotomy first then do work up.  Your surgeon should have done that after the RE was operated on.
