Seeing dark shadows in my peripheral vision

I am 18 years old.Im using -5d glass for 6 years.I am seeing some dark shadows in my peripheral vision of my both eye for couple months.I can see them only when i move my eyes.When i blink those shadows fade away.I checked my eyes in a hospital,I dont have any retinal tear or detachment problem....I need solution....

You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist and have a test called a peripheral vision test or visual field test.  These generally have to be scheduled a special way. When you make your appointment tell them your problem and ask about scheduling a visual field test.
