Shadowy transparent movement in vision when I make a movement?

Seeing ophthalmologist in 3 days although I’m wondering if any expert on here can direct me to anything or at least tell me if they’ve heard it before or if it’s obscure.

In my left eyes peripheral vision(near ear side), I can see it all. When i sit still and wave my finger/hand around somewhere else in my left eyes visual field (right eye closed), I get a corresponding faint shadow in my temporal vision that seems to mimic the movement made elsewhere, it doesn’t really matter where I make a movement (left/right hemisphere), it still occurs - it doesn’t persist when I’m just looking normally though without creating a on purpose motion, it’s as if moving triggers that area of vision to “go off”, like my eye/brain thinks the motion (finger) is coming from that area aswell? If any of that makes sense whatsoever. It doesn’t persist once I stop creating it appear, there’s no blind spot there, there’s nothing I can notice that is missing

Do you have any concerns? I’m only 22, had an eye exam 6 months ago - was all clear? No health conditions - Australia
I just don’t understand how there’s nothing that describes it, surely someone on earth has heard of this before, do you have a hunch of any condition it could be?
