Small grey/black spot in vision as the eye moves but it does't drift away

I've been seeing a small grey/black spot as my eye move but it does't drift away when i look at it directly and it is always there when i pay attention. Sometime it turn flashing light and spinning light ball and i can see it even when my eyes are closed. When i focused it for a long time in the dark,it is spinning and getting bigger and bigger and the  stable. Is that macular degeneration or scotoma?or it's just flashing light .I've worrying about it.I also have few floaters but not black/grey.

Brian: It is not possible to answer your questions without examining the eye. You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for full exam and macular OCT.  No substitute for a Eye MD eye exam.

Sir 3 weeks ago,I went to ophthalmologist for my eye floaters and after checking it out,he said nothing is in your eye.But i also have mild visual snow.
And also the spot i am saying is there when my floaters started.
The test he did is using eye drops before exam.
Then your questions should be directed to the Eye MD that saw you. If you are still dissatisfied you can get a second opinion. Your complaints do not lend themselves to me being able to offer helpful suggestions of causes.
