Sprint

I have read somewhere (I think Mr. John) that activity that moves your head violently should be avoided after retinal detachment. Is sprinting an activity that shakes your head violently? Can people who fully recovered from retinal detachment sprint again?

Once you recover running and sprinting are okay. Do discuss it with your surgeon as to the timing to begin.

You definitely should wait until you're fully recovered, but I was able to resume my normal activities, including working out.
