Static vision, eye floaters and light sensitivity

Hello! For about a week now I see static (It can be flickering at night), eye floaters, and have light sensitivity. It's not that bad it just makes my health anxiety worse. Also at night, It increases and I see so much worse.
However, I believe I have had this as a kid because I remember seeing eye floaters in the sky and some sort of colorful shapes at night, but I never paid attention to it.
Also, this is something this condition might be related to: I have anxiety, I spend too much time on my phone, I had a tension headache this month.
Will it go away on its own? Should I be worried?

Yes because you symptoms are new (a week now)  it should be examined by an Eye MD ophthalmologist.  Spending too much time on the phone not cause this.  Call today and set up an appointment, and be sure you tell them these are NEW symptoms.

Thank you so much for your response. However, I'm currently in Czechia and the nearest ophthalmologist is 75 miles from me. Is it fine if I have my eyes checked by an optometrist?
It is better than nothing but not ideal. Big difference in the training of an ophthalmologist (Eye MD) and optometrist (non MD non physician)
