Strabismus

Hello !I'm 17 years old and i have an alternative concomitant strabismus. Also i have a double vision.I was born with that problem. There were 40 degrees when i born. However, the double vision appeared at the age of 15 and since then i can relax my eyes and put them straight together,so i can do it and no one could notice my problem.I also passed an MRI brain test and they found nothing that was wrong.
Later, they prescribed me a prism glasses (7 for a one eye and 8 for another),and can see way better in those prisms.I would say i can see 60% better !I also tried to put a small prism Frenel sticker(20 degrees) while i'm in my prism glasses. It becomes like 7degrees+8degrees+20degrees,so the final amount is 35.AND MY DOUBLE VISION GOES AWAY !

Now,i'm 17 and i want to get rid of my strabismus. But here comes my problem :

At the eye center they saw only 25 degrees of strabismus and they want to operate thouse 25 degrees. When i asked them why to cut only 25 degrees if i see binocular picture only at 35! ds,they told me  it's a different thing,so they should  operate 25 and after that my brain will combine two picures and everything will be ok .But i don't trust them.I really afraid that i would have like 35-25=10 degrees double vision forever !

The second thing is they sad that they don't use the method of regulated sutures ... because it's very old method and was used a long time ago.And ,like, now only dishonest surgeons use it to advertise their clinics.BUT WAIT,is that true ???I was hoping to have precisely this type of surgery(with regulated sutures) and i heard  this type is the best one for people who have a double vision. It that true or not ?

Please, help me !What should i do ?Should i go for just a 25 degrees surgery if my double vision goes away only at 35 ?Should i search for another clinic where surgeons can make a sutures based surgery ?

Thank you !

PS i have 100% vision in both eyes

I do not see many strabismus patients.  Please get a second opinion.
