Strange floaters, seeing weird things, please help?

Hi there, I`m 17 years old. Since October 2009 I have been seeing strange little sparks [ like visual snow ] and I still see them today. My eye doctor said my eyes were perfectly fine in March when I went for an exam.

I still see odd things though, especially in light and especially when I keep my eyes half-open. Here`s what I see:

(They`re all see-through shapes, clear, not gray or black. They also move around with my eye. They`re like floaters but do not look like the examples I have seen of floaters online)

- Strange vein-type shadow images. Sometimes I see nothing in the veins. Other times I see strange tiny perfect circles, they look like little targets. There are thousands of them in extreme light (direct sunlight on my eyes) and when I look at the sky I only see a few of these little target-shapes. They also vary in size. ones that look bigger are usually more clear than ones that are smaller.

- The target circles appear on their own sometimes. They can be seen on coloured backgrounds too, but only for about 2 seconds.

- Sometimes the floaters change in detail and intensity depending on the lighting. In moderate light, they look like regular floaters with barely any definition. In intense light, I actually se  the veins and the target cell things that make up the shape of the floater.

Now, my question is...is this normal? I saw a woman post here how she saw the same target-like cell floaters, but she says they wee parasites. As you can imagine, I am freaked out and paranoid beyond belief and I just want to know, what is it that I`m seeing?

Also, please know that my vision is extremely clear, it`s perfectly 20/20, and I can read from very far away and very close up just fine. The only oddity with my eye is that one of my pupils is slightly smaller than the other, but it`s a microscopic difference in size. Only the eye doctor knew from using his machines and noticed it. But, that`s about it.

I guess you could say I have tired eyes, which is why I`m more sensitive to light and seeing these? But please help. I don`t want to think there`s a parasite in my eyes, that scares me greatly.

Here`s an image to help you visualize better

I drew the target cells I see, the close-up floater, and the regular undefined shadow-looking floater.

Thanks for the time and help

I also see the round circular gold color, floaters with membrane movements inside the circle, I have been watching this for sometime....it looks like a reflection of my eye when you blink the membranes moves, I also open my eyes for no apparent reason when Im just about sleeping and my vision is magnified, example if there was a spider on the wall ten feet away from me that spider is really big and at my bed side now, as well I see very well in the dark, I also see people starring at me when Im trying to sleep, I believe these people have pass away and because I have good perception they come to communicate with me

Oops, btw I am 36 years old, never had any problems before and only have a tiny prescription for long sightedness in the left eye.

I never even knew what a floater in the eye was until March this year.

I see the EXACT same things. Like clumped cells. Some have overlapped each other giving the darker appearance I can see indoors in low lighting too.

In fact, I developed all this 4 months ago and every single floater is made up of these perfect round circles with like a nucleus in the middle.

I have been to 2 Ophalmologists that can't see anything in my eyes, even after having very thorough checks with staining drops/dilating drops, contacts in to magnify things etc and with a slit lamp. They said my eyes are very healthy etc.

All I know is that before I developed these, I felt a strange "Pop" sensation between my eyes. It didn't hurt, but made my eyes twitch. It was about an hour after that, I noticed the first of these floaters and then more within a couple of months. I haven't seen an increase, but these ones I have are very detailed and in my central vision.

In all likelihood what you are observing is normal provided your eye doctor was a real Eye MD ophthalmologist and not a non physician optometrist.

If you saw an Eye MD and these things don't change then no further diagnosis is likely necessary.
