Stye and fatigue

Hi! I have had a stye for about 4 days. It's already popped and I've been using hot compresses often throughout the day. There is still a lump on my eyelid which is sore and irritating. The other symptom that I have is that I am really tired and I did have chills, but they are now gone. I can't seem to shake how tired I feel. I went to see a dr, but he did not prescribe me any medication. Is this normal?

A single stye, that is getting better, would not cause fatigue or chills. Might want to get tested for COVID.
