1. yes in almost all cases
2. yes it takes about 6 weeks for adhesion's to form; second new holes/tears can develop from further shifting of the vitreous body.
3. your other eye is at high risk also

What are the chances of two opthlmologists missing a retinal tear near the nasal area with dilation
Not something that lends itself to quantification. unlikely though
So like u know the purkinjee tree. Entopic phenomenon well I put a light next to my eye so I could see a retinal hole or tear and so  I saw a retinal hole the dame thing lots of times and then the opthalmogist said nothing id wrong no tears or anything
Also used a slit lamp with hand help Volk lens , they were both experienced and they looked especially FOR retinal tear and holes due to  symptoms
And the two opths were qualified and experienced
If you saw a retinal hole by entopic viewing that would be very very very unusual as most holes and tears occur in peripheral retina that is either non-visual or non-visualized with entopic phenomena.
Well I moved my eye around ?
Could it be missed , I'm worried that it could be missed, the first didn't see it so I went to the second wuo also didn't see it ... Could it be missed by both tjwy were both expert
I am about out of comments. There is no way I can tell you yes or no with any certainty   I think the most accurate answer is yes its possible but unlikely
So now I'm worried that it mat have been missed and I cant get another opinin cause I've already got two
I can't tell you any more. You need to start dealing with your anxiety, maybe head over to an anxiety forum. Not likely two ophthalmologists would miss a significant tear/hole.
