Sudden visual disturbances

Hi, for the last 3 weeks I´ve been struggling with my vision. First it was something similar to snow vision that bothered me mostly in dim light. But now is more like my vision isn't a clear cut 'panel', as though something is in my field of vision distorting it and I cannot say where exactly. It is both in the distance and up close and it still is more bearable during the day.
Already been to an opthamologist and done OCT and he says everything is fine with my eyes. Also done an MRI (no contrast) and they did not report anything strange.
I´ve been feeling some numbness in my arms and legs. First only on me sleep but now on my feet when I´m awake. Nothing too agressive but it´s there sometimes....
I suffer from migraine with aura since childhood but the vision disturbances were never permanent. Now I´m on Topamax although my neurologist doesn´t seem to believe it is migraine related.... I´m also on Prozac, Triticum and Xanax for the panic attacks...
Sorry my english, it´s not my mother language.
Really hoping you can help me.

I would ask the ophthalmologist you saw to refer you to a neurologist. Your anxiety and panic most likely is the cause but that would be your next step.
