Tecnis toric vs Acrysof toric lens

Is the surgical risk different between these two lenses?

diabetes does not increase risk of glistening (which is not a problem) or posterior capsular opacification which is easily handled if it develops.

Are there disadvantages to the Tecnis aspheric or Tecnis toric lens?  My concern with the acrysof lens is the reports of glistening and posterior opacification.   I read that diabetes enhances these risks.
