To much to list.

I hope this is the correct forum.
I recently had a pacemaker implanted for BradyCardia along with that I started taking Toprol XL 25mil. Its been approx 2 months since starting this med for speeding heart rate. Since I have been taking this my vision during the day is very fuzzy, at night its horrible. I have curtailed driving at night because everything is blending together. I am also feeling very unbalanced not dizzy per say but woozy. Last week I was feeling a woozy episode while applying makeup and noticed my left eye pupil was totally dilated where the right was not, it lasted about 20min. I am also getting what I would call headache behind my eyes almost sore. Today I had the same headache along with stiffness in the neck. All of the sudden I had this weird prism streak in my right eye. Not straight in the pupil but off to the top middle. Within this prism there was no sight?? If I looked at my fingers or computer keys it was a blur through this prism or streak and clear elsewhere. It lasted maybe 15min and went away where slowly my eyes started hurting and then I was left with a dull ache behind both eyes. What the heck?? Is it the Toprol XL. I will mention I went to the optometrist at the beginning thinking my vision was just bad. I got eyeglasses. They are not helping hardly at all the blurriness and the night vision is still bad.
Any comments would sure be appreciated.

Toprol is a beta blocker. While beta blockers cause lots of problems in some people none you list are common. Yes see an Ophthalmologist

Wow, That never entered my mind. I am assuming it was the Toprol because I had none of these symptoms prior to taking this medication. I tend to be low/normal blood pressure I average 118/76 also very up and down since this medication but it has not gone above 138/87  I completely coherent at all times, no speech problem or numbness. My symptoms in a nut shell are woozy, bad vision(blurry), sore eyeball(behind), dilated one pupil maybe more often but I just happen to see it in the mirror that day and the one time streak thing. I woke up with the sore eyeballs this morning.
I will make an appt with a Opthamologist, this is the specialty correct?
Thank you very much Doc " I think ;) "
